I ordered 3 of these devotionals for my adult daughters. I have followed Beth Moore's ministry for quit a few years and I am very impressed by her integrity and commitment to God's word. I believe these books will be an encouragement in the busy lives of my daughters and inspire them to dig deeper into the study of God's word and prayer.
Praying God's Word December 19, 2008
This daily devotional is wonderful. Beth takes the Word of God and makes it into daily prayers. As Beth puts it, you will never waste time in God's Word. Short one page thoughts to get your day started in the right direction. I highly recommend this book.

Great way to start out your day! The daily devotions are simple, but definately inspiring. This book is a perfect beginning to a deeper intimacy with Christ.

I enjoy being able to carry this in my purse. I use it several times a week. There are some very good applications in the book.
If you're looking for another book "like this one", I recommend DEAR JESUS. It's even better than this one and is the same small size for your purse or desk.
