3 out of 5 stars Not as great as Earth from Above   July 8, 2008

I love the Earth from Above so bought this thinking the photography level would be equivalent... but many of the photos lack that "wow" factor.

If you are looking for an interesting coffee table/guest room book, I would highly recommend the Earth From Above before this one.

This book is interesting... just not quite up to my expectations.

5 out of 5 stars Wonderful work   January 17, 2008

As someone with the nickname "snorkelgeek" you know I don't take these kinds of books lightly! This is an amazing look into the undersea world that even those of us who snorkel, don't often see. There are creatures in this book that I never knew existed and am now excited about possibly seeing the next time I'm under water.

This book will be flipped through often enough to become dog-eared, I'm sure! Highly recommended.
