Product Description
Rennes-le-Chateau, a hamlet in the South of France, became world-famous on account of the mystery of its much too rich village-priest. Rumour has it, that this priest Berenger Sauniere, owned his riches to the discovery of the "Treasures of Sion", hidden long ago by the Knights Templar. In the first section of this book, we analyse the strange decorations in the village-church "la Sainte Madeleine". Also we study meticulously the text of a cryptic book, written by another enigmatic priest. In the second part we pursue the traces of the abstruce Order of the Temple and give an explanation both for its swift rise to power as well as its rapid downfall. We follow the faint footprints left throughout the centuries by the Knights of the Temple. After a long and exhaustive investigation of the "Secret of Rennes-le-Chateau", we found that, in order to solve this enigma, it was necessary to study the medieval view of the world. Then it turns out, that the key, which opens the closed doors hiding this mystery is: The Knowledge of Symbolism.
