Man's Sex in the City October 23, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I think this is essential reading for every male who has trouble with women. Whether it's just talking to them, getting a date, or just having confidence.
Women have things like Cosmo, Sex in the City, etc. Which tell women how to interact with different types of men. Guy have to figure it all out on their own. This is our guide.
Neil tells of his own journey from frustrated chump who can't talk to women to the best pick up artist in the world. His story shows us it's possible for anyone to change themselves and improve their lifestyle.
Entertaining... Even For A Girl October 15, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I bought this book and "Secrets of the A Game" by Logan Edwards for my brother. He needs all the help he can get. I cracked this one open and actually couldn't put it down. It's an interesting take on how to attract women, but also a hilarious story about how a chump turns into a ladies man.
Entertaining October 13, 2008 This book is about a bunch of nerds who move into a mansion in California, to master the art of picking up women. Their tactics include using scripted pick-up lines, performing magic tricks, and wearing thumb rings and fury hats as conversation starters.
The author writes for Rolling Stone and has written books on Marilyn Manson and Jenna Jameson. He is an excellent writer and story teller. The short chapters made this a real page turner. I recommend this book.
The Sight Is Near October 13, 2008 So i bought this book, after reading 3% Man. In 3% man, it pretty much tells you to do the most stupidest things to do..... But in this book, not only does it tell a story. It also teaches you a little something along the way. I believe even if you dont plan to read this book to learn something about dating, its still a funny story to read. I rated this book a 4 only because it wasnt the GREATEST book i've ever read. Otherwise, i would have rated it a 5. The Author is great, and puts the book together in a great format. Also its easy to read, and will make you laugh all throughout it. I recommend this book.. !!
Ohh, and GG to Amazon.com for getting it to me over seas in less than 4 days.
Amazing, fascinating, funny and an easy read. October 10, 2008 Just after reading the intro i was smitten by the book. I have hardly ever laughed so hard while reading anything. I find myself thinking back at events that went bad or good, and realizing now why it did.
This is a great book for any boy or men from 15 and up. If you can't handle the content of the book then you can't handle real life. This books is straight forward and shows how much you can accomplish with a little self esteem and confidence. So Buy it, read it, and have a great time with the humorous mind pictures that Neil Strauss is painting.
If you need a guide to pick up women, than try David DeAngelo instead. Learn some NLP, Palm reading, cold reading, and a little magic never hurts anyone.
