Srgie comes from a great famiy. It is interesting and inspiring to hear his message as a young person. His peers do not sound too different than those we hear each day. It is very good!

I purchased this book after trying 2 raw food cookbooks. They were very time consuming and needed expensive ingredients. This book is a breath of fresh air. The recipes are easy & tasty. I like that the ingredients are not expensive. These are recipes I can use daily.

I was at a dinner hosted by Boutenkos, and Valya prepared all food from their new book; Fresh; The food was outstanding, so I can't wait for the book, which I pre ordered. Thank you Valya and Sergei! Will write more after I get a chance to try more recipes. Joz Lee
