Before You Die Journal May 14, 2007 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
The book, while constructed of good quality is not exactly filled with information. It is more like a daily travel journal for your personal observations and notes of sites you seen during the travel. The book also is a checklist of places to visit/see. The checklist portion of the 1000 sites has a brief description of the location.

Very informative and easy to use.
Good Addition November 3, 2006 6 out of 8 found this review helpful
This book is high quality and a good addition to "1000 Places To See Before You Die," but not really necessary. Has good trivia interspersed throughout it and between whatever you write in it during your travels.
expensive journal June 26, 2006 17 out of 24 found this review helpful
A lot of money for a blank book in which to write. If I had seen this book in person before purchasing, I wouldn't have.
1,000 Places to See Before You Die Traveler's Journal September 4, 2005 21 out of 23 found this review helpful
A conveniently sized travel journal (8" x 5.5" x .5") to write down first time impressions to accompany the "1,000 Places to See Before You Die by Patricia Schultz". There are plenty of pages to write descriptions of travel adventures, plus every 8-10 pages there is one page of additional experiences you can experience, i.e. "Seven Tasty Reasons to Overindulge", "Eight Ways to Travel Abroad Without Leaving Home", etc. The back of the book has the 1,000 places checklist for easy reviewing. Also, a particularly helpful section follows the checklist including "Inernational Dialing Codces and Time Differences", "Conversions and Measures", "Helpful Web Sites", and "Useful Phrases". The front cover has a place for that precious picture CD of all the 1,000 places visited! A great companion journal to the book!
